Include ratings in 'Watchlist' export with configuration option

When exporting the watchlist to a .csv file, ratings are not included in the exported file, although they can be exported in a separate .csv.

It would be helpful to add a column for ratings in the watchlist export, while also allowing the user to choose if they prefer to export them separately.

Suggestion:

• Add a column for ratings in the .csv files for the following watchlists:
  • Show Watchcist
  • Season Watchlist
  • Movie Watchlist
• Include a checkbox in the settings to let the user choose whether to include ratings in the watchlist export or export them in a separate file.
