Issue policies

We distinguis between three different kind of issues;

Request for information

These are questions where information is requested on the (usage) of Cura. These issues will be closed when an answer is posted. If the answer is not statsifactory; it can be opened again and more details can be provided.

Feature requests

Feature requests will always be tagged as such and will be closed when;

• They are implemented.
• They will never be implemented by the current maintainers.
• More information is required to understand the request.
• Feature is already on roadmap (or is placed on the roadmap due to request).

Bugs

Bugs will always be tagged as such and will be closed when;

• A fix is posted
• More information is required (too vague, system information, etc)
• Current maintainers were unable to replicate bug.
