Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'publishSaveOptionsLastUsed' of undefined

Expected behavior

User elects to create NEW document and sign out from that screen without saving

Actual behavior

User goes to create new document, when selecting to sign out the following error is seen in console and session is terminated

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Navigate to http://publish-develop.eb.dev.dadi.technology/articles/
2. Click Create new button
3. While in this view and before saving document, select Sign Out
