Cant write in textbox, nor choose options

I've tried using a text box in my own code, and i couldn't type, then i went back to the original test page that comes with the latest Linux version, and there the text box also doesn't work

Works fine for me. Tested with phpdesktop 72.1 for Linux on my Ubuntu 22.04 machine. Attaching screenshot. Note that this release is from 2019 and includes Chrome 72.

What do you mean? sorry I'm a newbie. I tried running it with sudo via the terminal, but it didn't change anything, tho i was able to get this log, that may help, i haven't looked at it yet because I've been kinda busy with school but here is it

What OS are you running?

I see only one suspicious item in log messages:
Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"

But that library should only affect sounds.

Looks to me this could be focus issue in upstream CEF:
