en la configuración de culqi sale este mensaje.

Yo tuve el mismo problema cambia la configuracion de la moneda en tu dashboard de wordpress a PEN(S/.) O USD($) ya que son los formatos soportados.

Nota: para cambiar la moneda entra al dashboard de tu cuenta de wordpress, luego a la opción woocomerce, settings, general y has scroll hasta encotrar la opción currency options. Espero que eso arregle tu problema, al menos soluciono el mio.
