actual 40% keyboard model?

The 40% keyboard model doesn't seem to match any actual 40% keyboard I've ever seen. It's not the typical 12u (the q row plus a 1u escape and backspace) or the minivan 12.75u board. It's a 14u board that has all the bottom-4-row punctuation except \|, and I would actually like to know where to get it if it actually exists. So that's the second part of this issue: if the board exists where is it?
