Summary:Display blank screen when playing WebM playback on Android, sounds work fine

BUG DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS
Open assign website, find video format is WebM and open , however play the video always blank screen

Environment:
Android: build 60

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:

1. Open website
2. Find the video format is WebM
3. Play the video

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The video played normally

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The video played has sound but the screen is black

USER IMPACT:
It impact user experience

It's related to the black screen issue caused by single process mode, fix in crosswalk-project/chromium-crosswalk#49, wait for reivew and merge

This issue has been resolved on build 108.
