[Batch Viewer] Select default layout based on the kind of batch

Follow up of #114

Currently the batch viewer default layout is set to Grid, but there are cases where the FCoSe or KLay are better suited for some kind of batches.

From @anxolin's comment:

One thing we mentioned last time that would be great to have is a spreadsheet with representative cases, i.e.
simple internal buffers
simple cow
simple, with receiver account
dump of token
10 trades
50 trades
…
This way, we can explore for example if some representations are better for some spcecific cases, so we can select a better default

Proposal

1. Create a list of different kind of batches
2. Find tx hashes matching each kind of batch (better to have multiple hashes per kind of batch)
3. Map each kind of batch to a layout algorithm
