Related to refactoring done in #5443

Place an order with 0 slippage and 2 minutes duration (tip: try placing COW/any other token order on Gnosis chain when COW is not yet approved)
Do not close the progress bar modal
Wait till the order is expired
Press on the 'Place new order' button on the modal

AR: the form hangs in the calculating quote state up to 1 minute

ER: it would be great to calculate the quote a bit faster.
