It would be really helpful if we could write back the po files after reading them and modifying them.

Usecase would be for https://invent.kde.org/carlschwan/webl10n/ which is a custom tool we are working on to modernize our translation infrastructure

This crate is dedicated to reading.

IMO, it would be worth creating a new crate for R/W operations, a crate named pomodifier or something like that.

I just created a new crate for that: PoBuilder, this is just a fork, the writer will have to do in this new crate later.
