Deleted a step from a workflow for a resource, entire tabs now blank #728

I deleted a step from one of our workflows for a resource; now all of the tabs except Product are blank and I'm unable to update the workflow. The sidebar under Helpful Links also has the message "Refreshing Contents" but keeps buffering.
