After we support CDH to unseal secret by ehsm, we can integrate the ability of ehsm to make sealed secrets in the tool. Also, we might need a KMS document as aliyun has, also https://github.com/confidential-containers/guest-components/blob/main/confidential-data-hub/docs/SEALED_SECRET.md#supported-providers

eHSM support for Sealed Secret tool is added at #464. I will add document later in another PR.
