Lets sorting the versioning and tagging of this resource type correctly.

rebuilt for concourse v3.14.1 and tag 3
rebuilt for concourse v5.8.1 and tag 5
rebuilt for concourse v6.1 and tag 6 & latest

The version in our CI should be then tracking the latest concourse release starting from 6.
