Create a script to modify data in the database

There are a number of issues where we need to modify existing data in the database.

Including:

• Automatically calculating the architectural period from the construction date of the building.
• Re-wording some of the text in drop-down menus

I will tag this issue in those issues, so there will be links to them all below. Once it has been done and properly tested to solve one issues, we should be able to use similar scripts for the rest.

(I'm not hugely confident with databases, so I want to take my time to do this properly and test it thoroughly first before I go anywhere near production!)

It would use api, not edit database directly, right?

So proper history entries would appear and validation would be applied.

I actually have such script created during exploring upload tool and used to upload some edits.

It is a bit edit specific but I can include it in repository if useful as an example.
