Health of Piraeus Datastore

During the 2023 annual review of the Piraeus Datastore project, the TOC determined that the project's health is currently unknown and appears that the project's public activity has languished from what is expected of sandbox projects. This issue is created to track the Roadmap request to bring the project back into alignment with expectations of sandbox projects.

@onlydole would you check with the end users to ascertain if this project is currently in use?

During the TOC's review call today, we pulled project stats to ascertain project health. Piraeus is not showing in the inactive projects report, this issue can be closed.

We encourage the project to re-engage TAG Storage both to share an update on the project and its capabilities as well as learn more about the next steps to be ready for Incubation.
