No format called txt - need to update the documentation

Describe the bug

We need to update the documentation to reflect the recent changes in format.

I tried using command
custodian report --output-dir=. --format txt sec-n-resourcegroup-orphaned.yml

And this gave the invalid error

What did you expect to happen?

Documentation needs to be updated.

Hmm, where in the docs do we list txt as a valid format for custodian report?

Happy to reopen this if necessary, but I didn't find any references to a txt format for custodian report outside of this issue.
