📝 Provide detailed reproduction steps (if any)

  1. Run the editor with the latest master or nightly version e.g. 0.0.0-nightly-20240327.0
  2. Click on the alignment dropdown.
  3. Hover the first dropdown button and then move the hover to the button below it, but remaining within the tooltip.

✔️ Expected result

Tooltips should not cover the buttons below.

❌ Actual result

The tooltip covers the button below and remains visible after hovering over it when remaining within the tooltip:
