[Document list] Drag and drop and copy-pasting support for document lists

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

The current version of document list #2973 provides very inconsistent support for dragging and dropping or copy-pasting widgets.
Already submitted issues regarding this:
#11546 (tables)
#11384 (tables)

Problems still persist also when dragging and dropping/copy-pasting Media embedded or HTML snippets created outside of the document list as mentioned here: #11377 (comment)
e.g.:

We should consider adding full drag and drop support for document lists.
