Listener connected to an online talker, but unknown stream index

If a listener is bound to an online talker, but to a non-existing streamIndex for that talker, where is no direct clue on the matrix (besides the Media Lock arrow, if enabled). There should be some warning somewhere (in the discovered list) and probably some other clue in the matrix
