Data backup

What we want:

• Azure blob storage
• GCP backup: GCS ES snapshotting (need to validate whether it is currently supported)
• S3 backup should support KMS encryption
• Latest backup: add restore --latest flag to use latest backup
• Selective backup - only compliance, or client-run, etc.
• Data retention: default vs 'older_than_days' parameter value specified by customer during installation
• Support AWS ES & RDS restore (Automate needs to support AWS Elasticsearch #4963)

Existing issues: Need to close them.

Out of scope:

• Disk space check while running chef-automate backup
• Historical backup cleanup -time based, number of backup based, size based
• Backup deletion: Remove yes prompt
