When we had to distinguish between v1 and v2 implementations, we labeled them with either v1 or v2. Now that only v2 exists, we can remove those distinctions.

This looks like finding places where we have named an import v2_authz or something, and changing it to just authz, for example.

We should also remove the v2 directories authz-service and teams-service, and rename any v2 package
