The site you are pointing to was made at the time of CGoGN v1.
Another one was aimed at documenting CGoGN v2 (and was far from complete) : https://cgogn.github.io/
However, many things have changed in CGoGN v3, and we have not started a proper documentation yet..
This is a real weakness we should definitely work on, but time is a costly ressource which is rarely spent in documentation task.. However, the first site should be turned off, as too many information is obsolete.
