  • Preferably, in an HTML format similar to the visual aspect of the form
  • Configuration can be a) always on (add a field in every questionnaire in case the potentially anonymous user wants it); b) activate when creating/editing a data gathering session
  • Email address can be added in every questionnaire, or stored similar to the nickname
