为什么时候后，cpu占用很大呢，造成gif动画会卡顿

用google新出的高斯模糊方案，准备优化一波！老哥有兴趣也可一起维护，哈哈~

google的developer平台有，随便掘金等搜索一下也有很多，出来一段时间了。目前库这个实现方案是已经被废弃了
