Is there anyway to use custom filterlists/hosts? And if not, can it get supported?

Not yet, but planned:

• On-device blocklists import #293
• Option: Custom Block List #1821
• etc

And if not, can it get supported?

Folks can volunteer to impl it (or raise a bounty to pay us to expedite the impl, which otherwise isn't priority ... I mean, look at the already open bugs :)
