Determining CDF SIG Software Supply Chain Meeting Day & Time

Hi all!

👋 Welcome to CDF SIG Software Supply Chain!

As you might have noticed, the SIG was approved by CDF TOC on February 15th and we have been working on setting up the logistics for the SIG.
You can follow our progress from this issue.

One of the things we need to settle on is the SIG Meeting Day & Time.
CDF SIGs generally meet on a bi-weekly basis so we could start our SIG by following this practice and adjust as we move forward.
We created a poll to determine the SIG Meeting Day & Time so could you please answer the survey available below?

The survey will be open until March 2nd EOD and then we will announce the winning option and add it to CDF Public Calendar.
We don't have all of your mail addresses so it would be great if you could reach out to me on CDF Slack privately and pass your preferred mail address?
We can then include you meeting invite and maillist.

Hi all!

The survey to determine the meeting day/time has been closed. Thanks to all who voted!

Based on the poll result, we will be meeting second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 16:00 UTC during winter time.

The kickoff meeting for the SIG has been scheduled for Thursday, March 10, 2022 for 16:00 UTC.

• You can see the agenda and propose topics from this link.
• We will be using Zoom for the meeting and you can join the meeting using this link.
• The meeting is added to CDF Public Calendar which you can subscribe to have the community meetings on your calendar. (Please note the timezone setting - it is UTC)

Given that summer time changes are happening soon, recurring meeting invites will be sent after the switch happens to keep things simple.
