Would be nice to have chugins integrated into the IDE for usage. Need a UI investigation of placement of the feature/package manager integration/hosting of webchugins.

@nshaheed Could you build all the webchugins and upload them somewhere as Chump happens?

@nshaheed My tentative plan is to just build all of them and host them on my own (until Chump or some webchuck refactor happens). Let me know if that sounds good with you!
