Layer Permissions | Who can add style to a layer

Add the following note:
'{ Layers shared with me has to be permitted "Who can manage it? (update, delete, change permissions, publish/unpublish it) }'

Because, Take a look at this issue:

Unsuccessfully added heatmap style to a layer that I am not its owner but I am permitted "Who can edit styles for this layer?"

However when the layer owner removed the permission "Who can edit styles for this layer?" and added permission to "Who can manage it? (update, delete, change permissions, publish/unpublish it)" it worked fine and sld generated successfully
