Description:

Related issue (if applicable): refs n/a

Updated sweetalert2 (current version)
New Configuration file now creates a confirmation prompt (preventing people from losing what was previously there)
CSS cleanup on dark-mode for pop-ups

Checklist

The code change is tested and works locally.
There is no commented out code in this PR.
No lint errors (use flake8)
Tests added
