Review Modeler docs for screenshot consolidation #647

This is a whole lot of images in a row. Is it necessary to include all of these screenshots if you're already writing it all out in text? I would likely include just one screenshot per step, at a maximum. Not every step needs a screenshot, either.

Instead of creating issues per component, let's reference the original one at #110 and do a review when we have guidelines in place for all screenshots across docs.
