For this new version of fmt I would like to spend some time to have the major lacks of this packaging fixed before release+publishing.

Plan:

Switch to the multi-package organisation Switch to multi-package repository organisation #6
Test package from upstream (and maybe examples if we find the time) Add tests from upstream #1
Fix and complete the C++ modules support Proper fmt and std modules support (starting with v11.0.0) #5
