misc ui fixes

• Submitted a ticket for my issue if one did not already exist.
• Used Github auto-closing keywords in the commit message.
• Added/updated tests for this change (for new code or code which already has tests).
• Ran git rebase -i to squash commits (if needed).

Fix #3938

This has a few changes that @bradleyrichter and I went over.

• On settings pages, inputs should have inset shadow and selects should have outset shadow
• button and dialog shadows have diverged, so I renamed them
• The add funds dialog is a little low down, causing overflow on more screen sizes than necessary. I bumped it a big.
