Sonobi ads contain pixels we should block #195

The default Sonobi tag contains pixels that should be removed. Until that happens we should at least block them. The creative urls are
http://creative.sonobi.com/public/live/30322e_1453152359357.png
and the pixels we want to block are
http://lax-1-xcp.go.sonobi.com/xcp.gif?iid=ii1453263994.8419dfeae7-a1a5-4fdf-8f2a-10a3f9151a21.YF.723354&sid=0c07cc2ceb53d918843d&uis=unknown&d=slashdot.org&p=/&u=false

We should narrow the whitelist to creatives.sonobi.com to filter out the pixels
