Tab swipe on bottom bar causes stats value to flicker

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean install 1.11.28
2. Visit a bunch of sites to add stats value
3. Swipe bottom bar to switch between tabs, makes stats value change to old value while swiping

Should not change stats value while swiping bottom bar to switch between tabs

I'm encountering something similar when swiping tabs on the bottom bar, although I'm not sure if it's the same issue - URL bar is flickering.

Install type (ARM, x86): ARM
Device (Phone, Tablet, Phablet): Phone
Android version: 11

Happens all the time on both beta and nightly.
