When I remove any of the installed games, the whole ul.cfg gets deleted.

Could you provide me a copy of your up.cfg? Also, please tell me which operating system are you using.

OS is Win7 SP1 x64.
ul.zip
The folder contents:

ops2lpt_1

After deleting the first game the ui.cfg is gone, so it doesn't allow to delete the rest. And if to add an additional game, the new ui.cfg appears with only that new game in it.
And there's a typo on the "resTore" button, I guess :)
