The travis-ci build failed and I don't understand why. Can someone explain what the error is?

Hi@luigicorreia,
Thank you very much for your contribution to brackets. The travis build uses the github api to get your username and checks whether the user has signed the CLA. But the api has a rate-limit and that is why it failed.
