播放mp4文件，改变播放进度之后，画面会停止播放。

这个库采用极端的方式来降低rtsp直播的延迟。就取消掉一些功能。播放进度改变在直播条件里不存在就没考虑。要播放点播的视频。最好还是用原生的IJKPlayer
