Automatically populating playlist with new episodes removes manually added episodes

The title sort of says it all.
And i'd be tempted to add: “and it's pretty annoying!” 😉

How to reproduce:

• Browse your subsrciptions and manually add episodes to the list, by (carefully) touching the "+" sign
• See episodes added to the playlist, with a little red corner mark showing that it was added manually
• Wait until new episodes appear in your subscriptions and they are added automatically to the playlist
• The episodes you added manually are no longer in the list
• Go back to your subscriptions to try and remember which episodes you'd added and re-add them…

Suggested fix:
Only append, never remove anything from the playlist unless explicitly requested by the user:

• manually (“Reset playlist” button in the left pull-out menu)
• automatically, with a newly created option in the Playlist Filters menu which could be called something like “automatically manage playlist, replacing current playlist”
