Sometimes it can be hard to understand why certain nodes fail to show up in the toolbox. There is trace infrastructure already in place to track load errors, but it would be useful to have an easy way in the CLI to output these to the standard output.

The changes in inspecting package metadata in #1392 make it possible as a side-effect to list in the toolbox all operators from currently installed packages, regardless of whether their dependencies can be accessed or not. Operators will still throw as they are placed in the workflow, but at least it becomes easier to see the starting point of the problem, so we are closing this issue for now.
