• refined and updated the docs on how to run a seed node via Updating the "How to Seednode" docs bisq-docs#148 (400 BSQ)
• updated Tor to 0.4.0.5 via Update Tor to 0.4.0.5 bisq#3048. Did take some time this time as the tor developers signing key is getting huge. On my local machine, every gpg operation takes 15min or more because of that key. Hence, jitpack times out every time and I cannot get a new release out. I decided to change tactics and do the binary signature verification locally and commit checksums to git which are then used by jitpack to validate the binaries. (500 BSQ)
• refactored P2PRTT metric via Monitor fixes bisq#3045 to cope with multiple timeouts, fixed some frequent stability issues (550 BSQ)
