As far as I see it, we are using the GitHub functionality to host default files for the entire organization (bids-standard) in a .github repository, which we have here.
Using this functionality, can we get rid of the duplicate CODE_OF_CONDUCT file in this repo?
Perhaps @KirstieJane has an informed opinion on this.
edit: We'd have to search whether we linked to the CODE_OF_CONDUCT hosted on the bids-spec repo anywhere ... and then replace that link with the more general link:
it is a duplicate, but it's okay to have it here, because "bids-specification" is arguably our main repo and an actual file is more visible than the small links that GitHub provides (see my screenshot in the original post).
The only important thing is that we keep our Codes of Conduct in SYNC
