We can maintain a room list in a repo called: chats.

chats will have all rooms for all repos/projects/specs
chats is the single source of our chats
chats will maintain the permission of our chat rooms.
chats's README should be generated with all room's invite link.

all projects under beyondstorage
specs that needs discussion

Auto Link rooms

these tools should create links between rooms automatically
