Thanks, @ryanlovett for taking the effort to help me get the SIS data and @yuvipanda for sharing the raw data for analysis & helping me with the process to fetch raw data.

Updates from last week ✔

• Prepping for the sprint retro on 10/28. Created a Trello link to add our thoughts about what went well and could have been better this month. Would love to deep dive into ways we can work better async!
• Figuring out the next steps from last week's Tech Strategy Meeting conversation regarding resourcing with a follow-up conversation with Richard Millet (RTL DevOps Manager) this week
• Analyzing the raw data shared by @yuvipanda in R to identify time spent by students over the past month
• Starting the work on slide deck creation with Elias for the 11/17 workshop
• Working with @ryanlovett to figure out the discrepancy between 3000 users in the course enrollment doc and the raw data from logs
• Supporting data 8x request made by Sean Morris
• Working with RTL team and preparing the required documentation to add Datahub as one of the services as part of RTL website
• Figuring out the next steps with regards to the home page redesign Datahub Home Page Redesign! #2823 with RTL designer flint

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• Let's use the sprint retro to figure out how to sustain this communication structure!
• I am stretched this week!

My availability for next week

• I am available for the entire week. I might take a couple of days off as I will be traveling to New Hampshire to support my sister's newborn (due date - 3rd November) next week (yet to be confirmed)

Updates from last week ✔

• I helped clean up Have cron job or some such process automatically trim the hub logs #2903, now logs are stored in google cloud storage and we no longer put log data on hub db disk!
• Julia is now upgraded to 1.6 and has a few packages Request Julia bump to 1.6 and Package for Julia Hub #2803
• Tried to get RStudio to be properly supervised so it gets shut down properly RStudio should be shut down on container exit #2878, but this didn't work. Needs deeper investigation
