When looking through the biology hub, @felder discovered that some users are using
as much as 250GB of space. While not prohibited, we should reach out to these users
and ask them to clean up.

TODO

  • Write a script that can identify these users and make a report
  • Establish a threshold for personal emails, and email them

To begin with, maybe we can find all users who are using more than 100G of home dir space, and ask them to clean out?
