D-Lab Use cases supporting class projects and research!

Summary

Had a conversation with @aculich few days back and he was interested in us thinking more about the use cases around "teaching++ / class project / research-lite" in the upcoming months. It definitely looks like an interesting extension of our current core offering. More information about his articulation of the requirement here. Raising this as an issue for future reference as I couldn't find any issue mapping to his request specifically.

We should definitely have more discussions in the future to evaluate the feasibility of the request and scope this accordingly in the upcoming months. I can create a proper user story based on our discussion.
