This interaction data set is from a study of soil microbiomes and the associated plant community in the Klamath mountains.
It represents genus level interactions established in an ecological community network from eDNA samples. All samples were taken in the Klammath mountains in the summer of 2018.
The interactions.tsv file contains interactions labeled with genus names, interactions-full-taxonomy.tsv contains the full taxonomy string.
