Hello,
I am looking for a way to clean up all cookie change listeners.
currently I am doing:

    cookieJar['changeListeners'] = []

But, obviously, this is just a TypeScript escape hatch and shouldn't be relied upon.
Having a way to clean up all handlers so that objects can be garbage collected would be appreciated!
