Feature Request: Auto-updated PR comment

This is a great action! ❤️ When I push many commits to a PR, I would not like to receive a separate comment for every PR but instead a single, always-update comment on the PR page ... Would this be possible? :-)

@ktrz i am trying out this feature here: openfga/openfga#1996 and I am not getting the PR comments. Do you know why?

hey @miparnisari

With the comment-on-alert option the action will only add a comment when the alert threshold is reached. If you want the summary comment to always be there you can use comment-always option
