This repository compiles the main code used to obtain the results from the scientific paper titled "Urinary metabolite quantitative trait loci in children and their interaction with dietary factors".
The runCMS folder contains all files and scripts used to run covariates for multiphenotype studies (CMS) once they were modified, in order to adapt them to our analysis, from the original files. The original runCMS repositori can be found at https://gitlab.pasteur.fr/statistical-genetics/runCMS.
The main scripts/code used to carry out this project can be found in the main_code_scripts folder.
