Consider do not add :neil {:project {:name mylib/mylib}} alias to the generated project based on an external template

In the custom external template, I want complete control without any side effects from the tool that executes my template. Please consider, do not add the :neil alias to the neil new command generation folder from the external template. Alternatively, we could make it configurable from the template by providing a default value for an option inside the template.edn file.
